Upendra's upcoming film, "UI," is making waves with its innovative use of technology. The filmmakers utilized 200 DSLR cameras to capture footage for creating the actor's body double, which was then processed using 3D technology. This technique seamlessly integrated the virtual body double into the movie's scenes, as revealed by director Naveen Manoharan. The action thriller, produced by G Manoharan and Sreekanth K P, features Reeshma Nanaiah in a key role and is set to release on December 20. The film combines practical sets with advanced virtual reality technology to produce a visually stunning world comprising over 1,400 VFX shots. One impressive shot incorporates Virtual Reality technology and a mocobot camera for an immersive experience. Additionally, an expansive eight-acre set was constructed to depict a separate city for filming.
